A 143(1) intimation is the processing result of your return. It is not always a demand. Read the difference before you pay or ignore it.
Future Tax serves India online from our Coimbatore HQ (515 Trichy Road, Singanallur). Send the PDF from the income-tax portal. We compare it with the return, Form 16, and AIS from the Singanallur desk. Call +91 94454 38387.
After you e-file, the system processes the return and issues an intimation under section 143(1). It can accept the return, refund the excess, or propose an adjustment such as an income mismatch or a disallowed deduction. If a tax amount is payable, the date on the intimation is the date that matters. Do not use a generic 30-day rule from a blog.
No. Scrutiny is a different section. 143(1) is the intimation after processing. It can still show tax payable, so do not ignore it.
Pay only after the figure is checked against AIS and the return. Some differences are TDS or deduction mismatches that a response can correct.
WhatsApp or email the PDF to Future Tax and call +91 94454 38387. Include the acknowledgement number.
