Income tax · books, not the presumptive scheme
ITR-3 is for individuals and HUFs with business or professional income where the presumptive scheme is not used. The office is at 515 Trichy Road, Singanallur.
This page is ITR-3. The presumptive return stays on the ITR-4 page. The form list stays on the ITR forms page. Do not send the income-tax password in chat. Call +91 94454 38387.
Individuals and HUFs use ITR-3 for a proprietary business or commercial enterprise, a profession such as a doctor, lawyer, architect, or consultant maintaining books, intraday equity trading or F&O derivatives, or a partner in a partnership firm. The firm itself is not this form.
ITR-3 is the form where you are not using the presumptive scheme. If books and turnover need full reporting, ITR-3 may fit better. ITR-4 is only where that scheme applies and you choose it, on the presumptive tax page.
Companies, LLPs, and trusts use ITR-5, ITR-6, or ITR-7. Which of those three applies is on the ITR forms page. A salary return with capital gains, and no intraday or F&O trading, stays on ITR-2. That line is on the income-tax filing page.
After the return is filed, e-verify within 30 days. The return is quoted before it is filed. The Tamil note is on the ITR-3 and ITR-4 page. The first discussion is free.
No. ITR-4 is the presumptive return where you opt for that scheme. ITR-3 is for business or a profession where you are not using that scheme, and where books are kept.
Intraday equity trading or F&O derivatives is listed on ITR-3. A salary return with capital gains and no such trading stays on ITR-2.
No. You approve the draft. You complete e-verification yourself. Do not send the income-tax password.
