Income tax · verification
A bank or demat EVC uses an account that is already pre-validated. It is one way to verify a return. It is not a net-banking login. The office is at 515 Trichy Road, Singanallur.
This page is a bank or demat EVC. Net banking EVC stays on the net banking page. Aadhaar OTP stays on the Aadhaar OTP page. Do not send the EVC or the income-tax password in chat. Call +91 94454 38387.
The method is a pre-validated bank or demat account EVC. The account is the one the income-tax portal shows for that PAN. This page does not state how that validation was done, and it does not name the accounts. You complete the EVC yourself. The EVC stays with you. Future Tax can tell you which method the portal is showing. We do not enter it.
E-verification is due within 30 days of submission. This EVC is one method inside that window. If the return is not verified within 30 days, the department treats it as not filed. File and verify again before the due date in force. If that due date has passed, the next filing is on the belated and revised page. Confirm the date on the portal.
Net banking EVC is a login on the authorized bank portal. Aadhaar OTP is the usual method. A signed ITR-V is printed, signed, and sent as the portal instructs, on the ITR-V page. Choosing this EVC does not also require that post. GST filing with EVC is a different portal.
A refund, if a section 143(1) intimation determines one, is credited to a bank account that is pre-validated on the portal. That credit is on the 143(1) page. This page does not say that refund account is the EVC account. The GST bank account under Rule 10A is a different portal, on the Rule 10A page.
The return is quoted before it is filed. The first discussion is free. The length depends on the file.
