In GSTR-1, Table 9B covers registered credit notes (CDNR) and unregistered large notes (CDNUR). Each note is linked to the original invoice number and date. The same table is headed credit and debit notes. Future Tax checks that link before the note is filed.
30 November 2026 is also the date the income-tax calendar lists for a transfer-pricing return, and that row is marked as a plan. It is a different filing. GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C are listed on 31 December, where they apply. The reconciliation is on the GSTR-9C page. A correction is generally made before that annual return is prepared. Filing the note does not file GSTR-9.
A missing purchase invoice is still not claimed. That check stays on the GSTR-2B page. A difference between GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B stays on the DRC-01B page. A credit note can explain a difference. It is not automatically extra tax.
Monthly GST filing starts at ₹500 on the Coimbatore GST filing page. A correction is quoted before it is filed. The first discussion is free. The length depends on the file.
