Tamil Nadu · Future Tax CA desk
Check the turnover figure that brings a Tamil Nadu GSTIN into e-invoicing, then decide whether you need setup help.
Future Tax serves Tamil Nadu online from our Coimbatore HQ (515 Trichy Road, Singanallur). The threshold is a government notification. We read the current limit on a consult rather than hard-coding a number that can change. Call +91 94454 38387.
E-invoicing applies to notified taxpayers whose aggregate turnover crosses the limit in the latest notification. Covered taxpayers must obtain an IRN for B2B invoices and other notified documents. A business below the limit does not start IRN just because a buyer asks, unless a later notification says so. Once you are covered, the setup work — portal enablement, QR on the invoice, and the first GSTR-1 check — is on the e-invoicing service page.
It is set by notification and has been lowered over time. Call +91 94454 38387 with your turnover and we will apply the limit in force, rather than a figure printed on an old blog.
The test is aggregate turnover, not one invoice. A large invoice can still need an e-way bill. That is a different rule.
Use the e-invoicing Coimbatore page. We enable IRN and check the first GSTR-1.
